  • Exceptional Customer Service!

When I first received my cooler, I discovered a damaged leg from shipping. After contacting Permasteel, they shipped a replacement immediately. Upon receiving it, I finished unpacking the cooler to assemble it only to discover the lid had some sort of discoloration caused by the plastic bag. It was wrapped in. Even though these separate issues were discovered weeks apart, Permasteel’s customer service rep, Jonathan Wu, made sure I had a replacement lid sent.
We really like our cooler and the quality of its construction.
