Patio heater not heating: troubleshooting steps
Not Heating:
Verify that the bulb is undamaged.
Troubleshoot Steps:
1. The switch and plug should be positioned on the right side
2. The heater head should be installed in a horizontal orientation and at an angle of approximately 45° to 60° degrees for optimal operation.
Reset: Disconnect and reconnect the power cable, then press and hold the power button.
E1. Error on Display:
Control unit has overheated. Check installation clearances.
E2. Error on Display:
Tip over function. Make the heater less than 60°working angle
and restart heater.
L1,2,3, shows in display, but no heat:
Bulb is damaged. Arrange for replacement bulb with local dealer.
