2004
In 2003, the company originally launched as Perfectglo and established its US headquarters in Chino, California. This significant milestone set the stage for future growth and innovation. In 2005, the company underwent a significant rebranding, changing its name from Perfectglo to Permasteel. In 2005, Permasteel formed a strategic partnership with HomeGoods to introduce its Patio Cooler line. This collaboration enabled Permasteel to reach a wider audience, offering stylish and functional outdoor coolers through a trusted retail partner. The partnership with HomeGoods was a key milestone, expanding the brand's presence in the market and enhancing its reputation for quality outdoor living products.
2007
In 2007, Permasteel entered into a partnership with BJ's Wholesale Club to distribute its line of BBQ gas grills. In 2011, Permasteel launched a significant partnership with Kenmore, beginning the manufacture of Kenmore-branded BBQ gas grills for Sears and K-mart.
